Ordering in Finland
If you have chosen DHL as the delivery method, you will receive an email and a text message after your order is completed where you can change the delivery date or choose another delivery point instead of home delivery. You can also request delivery to a completely different address. You can view the delivery status in your customer account at any time by using the tracking code on your delivery confirmation.

If you wish, you can also place an order by selecting Posti as the delivery method, and choose delivery to the nearest Posti office or delivery point.  

Delivery prices to Finland
A fixed fee of 5,90€ per order will be changed for delivery to Finland. Free delivery for orders over 100€.

Delivery time
In Finland delivery time the varies between 1-3 working days from the time your order is shipped. Delivery time also depends on your zip code area. In international shippings delivery time varies according to your location.

International orders
We ship orders to Europe, the United States and Canada, in which we use DHL as the delivery method. The price of delivery costs is always determined by the destination country, and you can test the price of delivery on the checkout page before making a final purchase decision. To find out the price of delivery costs, add something to the shopping cart, go to the checkout page and select the destination country, and the price of delivery costs will change automatically.

Price of returns
We always offer a free return for orders delivered to Finland. For international orders, customer is responsible of return costs.

Return and exchange policy

Exchange and return policies in Finnish orders
As our customer you always have a possibility to return for a refund or make and exchange to the products which are in original condition and which fulfills the conditions of our return policy. You can return the products within 30 days of receiving the original order.

You would like to change the product for a different size or to some other product, please fulfill carefully the form included to the original order. We will deliver the new item as soon as the return is arrived our warehouse and we have checked that the product is in original condition. If you wish to get the new item quickly, please place a new order and only return the unwanted items.

All returnable items must be in original condition including packaging, product tags and any possible accessories. If the returnable products are used or the packaging, tags or any accessories are missing, the return is not possible.

Please note that returning the products that have been marked as toiletries in our website is not possible after opening the product packaging.

Returning domestic orders:

Returning the order with Posti:

  1. Please ensure the return are carefully packed.
  2. Slip the return label on top of the package.
  3. Take the package to your nearest Posti office. You can leave the package at any Posti service point. 

Returning the order with DHL:

  1. Please ensure the return are carefully packed.
  2. Slip the return label on top of the package.
  3. Order the pickup from DHL’s customer service or from their website.

Exchange and return policies in international orders
Also in international orders you have always right to return an unused products which are in original condition and which fulfills the conditions of our return policy. You can return the products within 30 days of receiving the original order. We will refund the price of the exchangeable product to the credit or bank account you used to make the original purchase after we have received the product and verified that it meets our return policy. Please note that when ordering abroad, the customer is always responsible for the return costs and that the customer is responsible for receiving the return. We therefore recommend that you keep the receipt of the shipment.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another, we would ask you to make a return normally and place a new order from our online store with the product you want. This also allows us to deliver possible exchanges faster.

Returning international orders:
Please ensure the return are carefully packed and put the return form inside the package. Send the package with the desired delivery method to:

In our online store you can pay for your order with numerous different online banks, payment cards or flexibly with an invoice or installment! Payment methods are provided by Paytrail, Klarna or Stripe, who act as payment service partners in our online store.

Klarna Checkout offers versatile and realiable payment methods.

With Klarna you can pay for your order with major Finnish banks.

Card payments:
You can use Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCards to make the payment through Klarna. Please note that Klarna appears as the recipient on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.  

Pay later:
With Klarna you can also pay your order later with Pay later -service. You can also split the payment into several installments.

Through Paytrail you can pay for your order easily and reliably with a variety of payment methods and it acts as a provider of payment services together with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail will also be shown as recipient on your bank or credit card statement, and it will forward the payment to the merchant.

With Paytrail you can pay for your order with major Finnish banks, such as Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-pankki

Card payment:
Card payment is possibly with Visa, Mastercard and Amerixan Express. Please note that Paytrail appears as the recipient on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Invoice and installment services:
Paytrail offers Walley and Jousto invoice and installments services, which allow you to pay for your order later or split the payment into several installments.
