How often can I make changes to my order?

You will always receive confirmation of a successful order in your email. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product or want to cancel the order, please contact us by email at info@repoextreme.com. Mention your order number and the reason for cancellation!

What payment methods can I use?

How do I pay with a gift card?

If you have a gift card, click on "Do you have a gift card?" at the top of the checkout page. Click here to enter the gift card number" after which the field reserved for the gift card number will open. Enter the number to activate the gift card payment.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can enter the discount code on the checkout page under "Do you have a discount coupon?" The discount is activated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We always send an order confirmation to your e-mail if the order is successful. You will also receive a notification when the order has left our warehouse. In addition, you will receive a shipment tracking code, which you can use to follow the progress of the package.

When will my package arrive?

Most orders arrive within a few days, depending on the shipping company. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code in your email. With the help of the code, you can follow the progress of the package, for example, in Posti's or DHL's system.

Exchanges and returns

How can I return my product?

When you order from our online store, you always have a 30-day free exchange and return right. Fill out the return form that came with the order and stick the return address card that came with the order on the package. Read more detailed terms and instructions on the Delivery terms page.

Can I exchange the product I ordered for another one?

Can I exchange only the jacket or pants for a different size from the hunting suit I ordered?

Yep! Just mark on the return form which size you want to change the jacket or pants to and send the return shipment to us normally.

What do I do if the return address card is lost?

If the return address card is lost or missing from the shipment, you can send the package to us using Posti's return code 652868 (in Finland), which you can use to find your package. Remember to take the receipt for the return as proof.

What do I do if the return form is lost?

If the return form is lost or missing from your order, send us an email at info@repoextreme.com or alternatively you can write us the instructions for a possible exchange or return by hand and add it to the return package.

Can I order the jacket and pants in different sizes?

Yep, you can also order a jacket and pants in a different size. Then place a suit order by adding a jacket from your own jackets category and pants from your own category. Don't worry - the total price remains the same as for the costume set!

How do I know which size is right for me?

Finnish standard sizing is used in our clothes. However, we recommend that you always check the correct size from the "size guide" button next to each product.

How do I know if the clothes are waterproof?

You can find detailed information about the materials of the garment in the "technical information" section attached to the product. In order for the garment to be waterproof, it must have a membrane, taped seams and weatherproof zippers. The membrane alone does not necessarily guarantee that the product is waterproof. Membrane clothing with taped seams keeps water up to the given water column ratings, but it is also good to note that the membrane is not completely sealed, as in traditional rainwear. That's why even membrane clothing can let water through, especially when exposed to high pressure for a long time.

What is a DWR treatment?

DWR treatment (Durable Water Resistant) is a treatment applied to the surface of the garment that makes it water and dirt repellent. The DWR treatment wears off over time and, for example, with washing, after which it is good to impregnate the garment again. You will notice the weakening of the DWR treatment when the water no longer drips on the surface of the garment, but the fabric immediately absorbs the water.

If you live or work in Kuopio, you can also stop by our showroom in Kuopio to try on clothes! Call or email us well in advance of your arrival, so that the most friendly person in the house will be there to serve you.

Where are your products manufactured?

Currently, the manufacturing countries of our products are Finland, China and Pakistan. Quality assurance and planning are always handled in Finland.
