Exchange and return (Finnish orders)
As a customer of our online store, you always have the option to return or exchange an unused product that meets the return conditions.
The right of return is valid for 30 days from the day you received the product.
We will refund the price of the exchanged product to the credit or bank account you used for the original purchase after we have received the product and checked that it meets the return conditions.
If you have ordered several products and want to return them all, we will also refund the shipping costs of the order.
We offer one free exchange or return for orders placed in Finland. If you exchange the product for another one and decide to return the exchanged product, we will deduct postage costs of €5.90 from the total amount of the order.
Changing the product
If you have placed an order in Finland and want to exchange the ordered product for another, fill out the return and exchange form that came with the order.
We will deliver the product you want in exchange as soon as your return has arrived and we have checked that it meets our exchange and return conditions.
Unclaimed package
NOTE! Not picking up the product is not the same as returning the product or canceling the order. If you want to cancel your order, you must always make a written cancellation notification by email to info@repoextreme.com
We charge €5.90 for postage for orders not picked up.
Return conditions
The product or products to be returned must always be in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging without markings.
In addition, the product to be returned must always have all price tags and product markings in place. However, you can keep the delivery notes as a souvenir.
All possible parts, accessories and accessories that came with the product must also be included with the return.
If the product has clearly been used or the brands and price tags have been removed from the product, returns are no longer possible .
So when making arrangements, try to simulate the hunting situation neatly at home, even if family members watch for a long time. Don't rush in unless you're sure you want to keep the product.
The product to be returned must be in resaleable condition and must not have, for example, stains or pet hair. So don't use the upright ear as the judge of taste or Taste the lunch during the arrangement.
If these return conditions are met, the money will be returned to the credit or bank account that was used to order the product through the entity responsible for our payment transactions.
Please note that hygiene products do not have the right to exchange or return after opening the package .
The hygiene product is always mentioned separately in the product information of the online store.
Return instructions
1. Pack the product carefully for return shipping.
2. Glue the return address card that came with your order on the package.
3. Follow the transport company's own return instructions, i.e. order pickup or take the package to the office.
Exchange and return (orders abroad)
Even in foreign orders, the right of return for an unused product that meets the return conditions is 30 days from receiving the order.
We will refund the price of the exchanged product to the credit or bank account you used for the original purchase after we have received the product and checked that it meets our return policy.
Please note that for orders placed abroad, the customer is always responsible for the return costs. The customer is also responsible for the delivery of the return. So we recommend keeping the receipt from the shipment!
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, we would ask you to return it normally and place a new order from our online store with the product you want.
This way we are able to deliver possible exchanges faster. We offer one free exchange or return for orders placed in Finland.
If you exchange the product for another one and decide to return the exchanged product, we will deduct the postage from the total amount of the order.
Return instructions for orders from abroad
Package the product carefully for return shipping. Put the return form that came with the order inside the package. Send the package using your preferred mailing method to the address:
